Birth, and other contact details
• Special
Category Data: Ethnicity, language, nationality, country of birth.
• Attendance
Information: Sessions attended.
• Additional
Categories: Relevant medical information, special educational needs
(SEN) data, behavioural information.
This information is stored securely in:
• Approved
databases (e.g., PICS).
• Our secure IT
systems, including emails and file storage.
• Local locked and
secure filing cabinets.
Access to these records is restricted to authorised personnel on a
need-to-know basis, in line with UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK
GDPR) requirements.
Most of this information is required to fulfil legal, regulatory,
or Catch22 business obligations. Where data is collected on a voluntary basis
for a specific purpose, we will ensure transparency and obtain consent.

using service user images and case studies on our website, social media and
promotional materials.
• Conduct data
analysis, improvement projects, and impact reporting to evaluate and enhance
service user outcomes, programme effectiveness, and overall service quality.
• Communicate
with young people and parents via WhatsApp, phone calls and emails
including emails from PICSWeb for attendance notifications, progress updates,
and other essential information.
Who Will We Share Your Information With?
We routinely share service user data with:
• Schools and
other educational or relevant organisations where appropriate.
• Our local
authority.
• Social Care.
• The Police
(where required for an incident, investigation, or crime prevention)
• Referrals where
further support or interventions may be required, inclusive of whether consent
is or is not required.
• Research and
evaluation bodies.
